Responsibilities
* Lead your team to deliver a great customer experience, ultimately achieving great results
* Drive sales by overseeing budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, managing stock and improving profits
* Make the store your own and create a great place for both your team and customers
* Support your area’s KPI’s as part of the wider team of Branch Managers
Qualifications
* An experienced manager ready to take your retail knowledge to the next level
* Prepared to prove yourself with the aim of managing your very own store
* Passionate about retail with proven business management skills
* Always putting the customer first to build a thriving business
* A real people person who leads by example and loves to bring out the best in their team
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and willing to work hard
