Customer Relationship Manager Location: Melton Salary: up to £35,000 Car Allowance The Customer Relationship Manager at X-on Health plays a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining robust relationships with our Customers, particularly in the healthcare sector. This position involves direct interactions with key stakeholders and Customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continual engagement with our innovative cloud telephony services. In a typical working week you will: Proactively contact your allocated (regional) customer base to provide support, guidance and advice. Attend meetings virtually and face to face to strengthen relationships with existing Customers. Targets will be set for your defined regional territory. Advise Customers on a diverse range of products and services and gain referrals for the new business teams. Manage contract changes in line with customer requirements for additional services. Coordinate with various internal teams to meet Customer needs effectively. Conduct business reviews and Customer satisfaction surveys. Take the lead on any customer complaints to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner and to the customers satisfaction What will you need to be successful? Strong knowledge of sales or customer service in healthcare or similar sectors. A background in cloud telephony and digital healthcare products or similar Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. A proactive approach to problem-solving and Customer management.
