About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the operation — leading from the front and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
You will:

Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team

Deliver outstanding food and drink service standards
*
Support with rotas, recruitment, training & development
*
Take ownership of stock, labour, pricing, and P&L performance
*
Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
*
Be a strong ambassador for great hospitality and service excellence
*
Bring energy, personality, and consistency to the venue
We’re looking for someone hands-on, confident, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

Experienced Assistant Manager or strong supervisor ready to step up

A natural leader who can inspire and develop others
*
Strong guest focus with a passion for service
*
Commercial awareness (stock, labour, GP, P&L)
*
High standards and attention to detail

Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
