£40,000-45,000 (experience dependent) + OT at 1.5x + Company car / van
Your responsibilities as a Plant Workshop Foreman:
* Overseeing the maintenance and repair of a variety of plant machinery.
* Managing a team of technicians responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of plant machinery including excavators, telehandlers, dumpers and more.
* This involves assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.
