Assistant Quantity Surveyor £24m Distribution Centre, Norwich Location: Flexible, to be discussed based on candidate Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Industry: Construction / Industrial & Built Environment Salary: £35,000 £45,000 excellent benefits package We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team for a £24m distribution centre project in Norwich. You will support the Senior QS in managing the commercial aspects of this high-profile project and gain experience across the full project lifecycle. Our client is a Tier One construction delivery partner working with major developers, occupiers, retailers, and logistics businesses. They specialise in projects from concept to completion, including new-builds, fit-outs, expansions, renovations, and reconfigurations, primarily within industrial, logistics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, data centres, and ports, with occasional exposure to commercial, retail, hotels, and education projects.
