The SENCO Role * Lead on the strategic direction and implementation of SEN support * Ensure high-quality interventions, staff training, and inclusive teaching * Manage TAs, EHCPs, and liaise with external agencies * Contribute to the whole-school vision for SEND provision and wellbeing * Support staff in differentiation and classroom strategies through mentoring and CPD What You’ll Need * QTS and National SENCO Award (or willingness to work towards it) * Strong understanding of SEND legislation and frameworks * A commitment to student-centred, holistic support * Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience
