They work on refurbishment and fit-out projects across industrial sheds and commercial office spaces, delivering schemes up to £5 million in value. With a national presence and plans to increase turnover from £60M to £100M, they have an impressive order book alongside a fantastic reputation which has allows them to triple turnover across the last few year. To aid with their grow plans they are now looking to bring an experienced Estimator into the office and streamline their processes. This role is office based in Staffordshire, with occasional travel to sites across the UK. As the lead Estimator, you will take full ownership of the pre-construction estimating function. Your responsibilities will include producing accurate cost estimates, conducting site measurements, and liaising directly with clients to fully understand their project requirements. Once a project is secured, you will oversee a smooth handover to the Contracts Managers for delivery and execution. The ideal candidate will be an Estimator with Industrial shed experience who is looking for a varied long term role within a growing company.
