Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Expand swine portfolio reach, grow customer base, and build relationships with distributors, integrators, and farmers.
* Technical Expertise: Provide expert support on the swine portfolio; deliver training for sales and technical teams.
* Innovation & R&D: Partner with research teams on new products, run field trials, track trends, and share results with clients.
* Global Engagement: Represent the company at major trade fairs and industry events.
Profile Sought
* 10+ years experience in swine nutrition, feed additives, or related technical field.
* Proven background in technical and commercial client support.
* International exposure
* Skilled in R&D projects and turning trial data into insights.
* Based in UK or Ireland, with international travel.

* Strong technical knowledge of swine feed and nutrition.
