As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a talented Internal Sales Account Manager to join the heart of our operation. This is a role for someone who wants to do more than just manage accounts, you’ll be driving growth, architecting trusted relationships, and becoming a cornerstone of our collaborative sales team.
What you’ll be doing
As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial engine, owning and expanding a portfolio of key B2B accounts. This is a proactive, high-impact role where you’ll balance strategic relationship management with a drive for growth—focusing on securing customer loyalty, uncovering new opportunities, and accelerating revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
* Nurture strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
* Conduct regular account reviews to uncover growth opportunities.
* Understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
* Work closely with external sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional service.
* Meet and exceed sales targets across designated accounts.
* Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
* Prepare compelling quotations and follow up to close business.
* Negotiate pricing and terms with confidence.
* Deliver high standards of customer care and responsiveness.
* Manage inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
* Build customer loyalty and advocacy.
What we’re looking for
* Proven track record in sales or B2B account management.
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Confident negotiator and proactive closer, driven by commercial results and customer success.
* Highly organised and self‑motivated, with a strong commercial drive to deliver profitable growth.
* Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce ideal) and Microsoft Office.
A solid understanding of the AV landscape, including Digital Signage, AV over IP, IPTV, and Display Technologies (LED, LFD, and Projection).
