This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where fresh, quality meals are at the heart of what we do—supporting a busy site with a strong sense of community.
What you’ll do:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring full compliance with EHO guidelines.
* Work alongside the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
* Oversee kitchen sanitation and ensure best practices are always followed.
* Take part in bulk cooking, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
* Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
* Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
