Salary: Up to £35,000-£45,000

The Opportunity
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New builds and more

Who we're looking for:
* 12 months or more experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload (fee earning)
* Whether you're a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or have proven experience - all backgrounds welcome
* A proactive, client-focused individual who enjoys being part of a team
