About the Role As part of the Step Into Teaching programme, you will work within secondary school classrooms, gaining first-hand experience of day-to-day teaching and learning. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting teachers during lessons across a range of subjects Working with small groups or individuals to reinforce learning Delivering pre-planned activities under teacher guidance Developing confidence in classroom management and student engagement Gaining exposure to different departments before choosing a specialism This role allows you to build practical experience while learning how schools operate from the inside. About the Graduate Scheme The Tradewind Step Into Teaching Graduate Scheme is a structured development programme created to support graduates as they transition into education.
