With both flexible and full-time roles available, this position allows you to develop hands-on classroom experience while receiving guidance and support from experienced teachers and education consultants.
The Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the classroom teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
Support students with their learning, wellbeing, and engagement in lessons
Work collaboratively with school staff to promote academic progress and inclusion
Gain experience across a variety of subjects and key stages
Who We're Looking For:
Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth work)
Confident communicators able to motivate and manage a classroom effectively
Proactive and adaptable individuals with a genuine passion for education
Those considering teacher training routes (PGCE/SCITT) or careers in education
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team players ready to make a difference
