Lettings Area Director – North London

Haart is seeking an experienced Lettings Area Director to oversee a portfolio of branches across North London. * On‑target earnings in excess of £120,000
* Basic salary £40,000‑£60,000 (dependent on experience)
* £3,500 incentive for the first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities
* Ensure the business is risk‑averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
* Serve as a confident, influential, and diplomatic leader with a positive drive and significant multi‑branch lettings experience
* Maintain a clear understanding of current lettings legislation
* Drive the performance, personal development and day‑to‑day management of the team
* Provide excellent communication both verbally and in writing
* Be articulate, pragmatic, analytical and solutions‑focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm
* Be a high performer who is KPI‑driven, an excellent recruiter and developer of people
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Branch Manager level or higher
* Ability to work well with others and create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
* Effective communication and trust‑building with customers, suppliers and communities
* Capable of creating and executing relevant business plans for each branch
* Aware of and able to monitor local competitor performance
* Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation
* Managing time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads independently
* Deliver outstanding customer service and work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft Office)
* Attention to detail
