The Treatment Centre is a well-established dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are looking for a professional, organised, and personable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the practice.
* Appointment Scheduling: Manage the practice's appointment calendar, scheduling and confirming patient appointments efficiently to maximize the productivity of the dental team.
* Phone Management: Answer and manage incoming calls, provide information about our services, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
* Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including processing new patient information and updating existing files.
* Billing and Payments: Assist with billing procedures, process payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Office Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including managing office supplies, mail, and other clerical tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
* Customer Service: Address patient concerns and provide information about treatment options and payment plans, always maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and dental practice management software (experience with R4 is a plus).
* A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
