Location: Tamworth
Pay: £13.25 per hour (days) and £11.44 per hour (sleep nights)
Shifts: Bank to cover holiday and sickness

Role Responsibilities
The role supports adults in a complex care setting. Key responsibilities include:
* Support with daily living tasks and monitoring as part of a care-compliant plan.
* Assist with transfers and daily activities in a calm, attentive, and vigilant manner to ensure safety and comfort.
* Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and factual record-keeping.
What I’m Looking for in Support (Qualifications)
We value workers who are reliable, punctual, and communicate clearly. Important qualities include patience, understanding, respect, and discretion. You should be able to support transfers safely and maintain professionalism while fostering the client’s independence and well-being. You should be able to adapt to changing needs and uphold the client’s sense of control and comfort.
Flexibility is important, as needs can change. Confidence, competence, and professionalism help reassure clients and enable them to focus on daily activities.
