Job Introduction
The Quality & Governance Manager is a pivotal part of the Rochdale and Oldham management team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of quality improvement and governance of the service, including managing audits, leading death learning processes, overseeing incident reporting, managing customer feedback, ensuring CQC compliance, reviewing and submitting reports, ensuring mandatory training compliance, fostering a positive learning culture, and progressing the service towards an ‘outstanding’ CQC rating.
Role Responsibilities
You will collaborate with the ROAR leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and support change initiatives. You will oversee a service development plan aimed at team focus and continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek a candidate with excellent written and telephone communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a busy management team, and experience managing health and safety and leading people.
