Your Mission at Elis
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising vacancies to supporting managers with interviews and liaising with agencies.
• Oversee all onboarding tasks, including issuing contracts, updating HR systems, and ensuring new starters have the support and documentation they need.
• Maintain accurate records and produce management data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and regional operations to understand recruitment needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and provide stakeholders with the tools and support required.
What will make you stand out?
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
