We're looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven finance professional to join our European Financial Analysis team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead pricing strategy, yield analysis, and business planning across multiple markets, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to influence key financial decisions, drive profitability, and contribute to the long-term success of Ford Credit in Europe. - Develop and implement pricing strategies across European markets, ensuring alignment with global guidelines. - Lead the coordination and delivery of European Pricing Committees, including preparation of materials, stakeholder engagement, and presentation of recommendations. - Analyse new business and portfolio yield performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise returns. - Support the development of business plans, forecasts, and budgets, including pricing assumptions and return targets. - Collaborate with US based Ford Motor Credit Company Pricing Team as well as European Treasury, Risk and Marketing teams - Drive continuous improvement in pricing tools and processes, including the rollout of Anaplan-based models. The minimum requirements we seek: - Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. - Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with tools like Alteryx, QlikSense, or Anaplan is a plus. - A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving performance through data. Our preferred requirements: - Knowledge of automotive finance products and pricing processes. - Familiarity with ICAAP principles and equity factor strategies. - Experience in financial planning, forecasting, or business performance analysis.
