Role Purpose:
This is an exciting entry-level role for someone looking to join the CRM Team, within the Brand Marketing function. You'll liaise with colleagues across the full marketing department to plan and implement email and direct mail activity.
You'll work closely with the Content, Digital and Product teams to ensure all CRM creative is always optimised and accurate. Working with Trading and Campaign colleagues, you'll ensure all activity is well-scheduled, coordinated and delivered on time, plus you'll help to track results and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working with the Email Lead and Direct Mail Lead, you'll help maintain the calendar for all future email and direct mail activity; aligned to trading and campaign plans
· You'll brief, build, test, proof and schedule/send CRM activity across online and offline channels, making sure a high degree of accuracy is maintained at all times
· You'll coordinate activity with the Insights & Data teams to ensure the right message, is being delivered at the right time, to the right cohorts and customer segments
· You'll monitor set KPIs for each activity (including response rates, open rates, CTRs, etc) and help to prepare reports
· You'll help to manage a range of print suppliers, liaising between third parties and internal Finance teams to place orders, upload artwork, process invoices and manage payments, as well as update spend trackers
· You create and maintain internal briefings and communications (such as the Direct Mail "Hub", boards, and Contact Centre packs)
· You'll conduct competitor research and new technology/ innovation, and suggest ways to improve working (such as pooling of content)
· You'll ensure all CRM activity is well-integrated with other marketing channels (such as social media, website, brochure, Blogs/SEO and sales); checking to make sure there's always a seamless customer journey
· When required, you'll support new initiatives and projects, critically reviewing content for journeys such as refer a friend, welcome home, win-back, and others
· You'll help collate feedback from around the business, and /or support customer research forums, events and surveys.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
· Experience in a CRM or similar Marketing role an advantage
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Organised and comfortable coordinating multiple tasks
· Understanding of Adestra (CRM system) or willingness to learn
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
· A positive attitude, initiative, and self-motivated, with a passion for high standards
· A keen interest in travel is an advantage.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
