This role is vital to ensuring Actuation's people and culture strategy supports business growth, employee experience, and brand reputation during a critical period of integration and transformation. It supports change management and leadership development, ensures culture alignment across countries, and drives diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, deploy, and continuously evolve robust internal and external communications strategies (including crisis and digital communications) in line with Actuation's business priorities and Safran Group guidelines. The approach/delivery of external communications needs to be developed with key stakeholders. - Ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all functions and countries, supporting the BU vision and integration journey. - Serve as communications lead for change initiatives, providing expert support for integration activities, business priorities, and leadership development. - Define and articulate the Actuation culture/DNA, ensuring clarity of values, behaviours, and expectations. - Provide counsel to leadership, serving as a culture and engagement subject matter expert in key business initiatives and forums. - Lead the integration of Actuation culture across all geographies, partnering with HR and business leaders to embed cultural attributes and best practices. - Design and implement robust cultural change management strategies that support integration and growth objectives of the global Actuation business. - Be a visible role model and ambassador for change management and cultural values, challenging the status quo and driving transformation. - Manage resistance to change proactively and address emerging challenges impacting cultural assimilation. - Monitor transformation progress through qualitative and quantitative measures, adapting approaches as needed. 4.
