Lead, motivate, and develop a team of three direct reports. Drive international sales by developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and buying offices. Negotiate contracts and close deals for both new and used machinery. Liaise with internal teams to support pricing, tenders, and market intelligence. Monitor competitor activity and ensure CRM systems are up to date. Manage departmental budgets and P&L with a revenue target of approx. $25m annually.
