Senior Interior Designer / Senior Interior Architect – Hospitality Projects People2people are recruiting for a talented Senior Interior Designer or Senior Interior Architect with a strong background in luxury hospitality design. The successful candidate must have experience delivering high-end hospitality projects from concept to completion and possess excellent design, technical, and project management skills. The company is known for its beautiful designs worldwide, working on some of the most prestigious Hospitality projects. This boutique studio is seeking an Interior Designer who is confident and passionate about delivering a level of excellence within Hospitality Design, so if this is you, please apply! This role pays for 5 days per week but you are only expected to work 4.5 days. This role is fully office-based and requires 4.5 days per week in the office. Please don't apply if you're unable to commit to this. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, and Fridays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and contribute to the design process for luxury hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, and bars). • Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring an excellent design standard is maintained throughout. • Develop and present mood boards, concepts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors. • Oversee FF&E selection and procurement, ensuring the highest standards. • Work closely with senior designers and directors to maintain project timelines and budgets. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Requirements: • Proven experience of working on luxury hospitality projects (and can demonstrate this in your portfolio). • A portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality projects with full-cycle experience. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong materials, finishes, and FF&E knowledge for high-end hospitality environments. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work full-time in the office with no remote flexibility.
