Solicitor - Insurance Law Firm

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Civil Litigator to join a busy legal insurance team in Manchester. You’ll work on a varied caseload, from breach of contract and property disputes to professional negligence and construction matters, handling both claimant and defendant work.
What you’ll be doing:
* Advising on prospects across a wide range of civil disputes
* Managing your own caseload under supervision
* Delivering clear, pragmatic legal advice with a focus on client outcomes
* Working on cases funded by legal expenses insurance and some private work
What we’re looking for:
* 0–3 years’ PQE with commercial litigation experience
* Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
* Insurance-related experience (desirable)
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
