As a Senior Commercial Account Handler you'll be dealing with their larger, more complex accounts and have significant Client interaction. Also you'll be able to share your knowledge and experience across the team as well as taking on mentoring activities.
To be successful in the Senior Commercial Account Handler role you will demonstrate:
1. Good all-round commercial insurance experience with technical knowledge across a range of classes of business
2. A desire to develop strong client and insurer relationships
3. Well-developed negotiation skills
4. The ability to support colleagues in a close team environment

Areas of Responsibility of this Senior Commercial Account Handler role include:
6. Placing multi-class programmes of insurance for a portfolio clients
7. Ensuring the adequacy and appropriateness of cover
8. Checking the accuracy of policy documentation
9. Resolving client enquiries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
10. Providing effective day to day management of the client relationship
11. Undertaking renewal broking exercises, including negotiating with Insurers
12. Developing and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships
13. Providing technical expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance business
14. Client visits in support of the Account Executive
