About the EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant role:
* We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to help deliver a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
* This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting immediately, perfect for someone passionate about making a real difference in a child's educational journey.
As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have:
* Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in an EYFS setting.
* A minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational or childcare environment.
* A calm, nurturing, and patient approach, with a strong focus on inclusion.
* Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
* Two professional references - at least one from a childcare/education setting.
