You will conduct Family Help assessments, manage Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases, and deliver evidence-based interventions to prevent escalation to statutory social care. You'll work collaboratively with partner agencies to provide coordinated support, ensure quality case documentation and contribute to service development initiatives. Additionally, you engage families actively in the assessment and planning processes to empower them towards sustainable change.
