Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Year 6 pupils Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support development Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to wider school improvement Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching Year 6 or within Upper Key Stage 2 Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills Ability to effectively differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and current teaching practices Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills Confidence in using technology to enhance teaching and learning Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
