My client, a rapidly growing firm on the outskirts of Reading are recruitment for a progressive accounts assistant on a permanent basis.

Hybrid working (First three months in the office for training purposes)
Flexible working hours - Flexible working starting any time between 08 to 10 with a 7 hr working day (37 hours a week)
Your responsibilities will include, for your allocation of clients:
* Post sales and purchase invoices
* Manage accounts payable mailboxes
* Supplier payment runs
* Customer and supplier queries, and client queries related to accounts receivable and payable
* Bank account reconciliations
* Day to day basic bookkeeping
* Provide excellent customer service
To be Successful in the Role
If you can demonstrate the following skills and experience, we can help you grow and develop:
* Accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping experience
* Confident using Microsoft (Outlook, Excel) and the ability to pick up new systems (Xero and Dext)
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build collaborative working relationships
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Solid attention to detail
* Organised and a problem solver
* Flexibility, with the ability to multi-task
* Ability to work under time pressure and to tight deadlines
