Finance Administrator - Leeds

Finance Administrator

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Flexible, Hybrid working available

Join us as Finance Administrator!
You'll be helping out with all things finance at Overdales - from handling payments from customers, clients, courts, and third parties, to making sure everything's correctly allocated in CollectR. You'll also be managing credit balances and refunds, and keeping an eye on banking, merchant, and direct debit reconciliations to make sure payments line up with what's been received.

What we are looking for:

* Experience with UK payment services or banking is essential
* Familiarity with processing high volumes of transactions would be a strong advantage
* Previous experience working within a finance department is desirable
* A good understanding of reconciliations
* Strong Excel skills are required - you should be confident using formulas and working with data
