As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery by managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation across multiple infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Working closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams, you will help maintainpliance with industry standards and internal procedures.Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing document control systems and ensuring timely updates.
2. Ensuring proper classification, organisation, and retrieval of documents.
3. Tracking document revisions and maintaining version control.
4. Supporting audits and ensuringpliance with ISO and client standards.
5. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to coordinate documentation flow.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in a document control or administrative role, ideally within construction or engineering.
7. Proficiency in document management systems (, Aconex, Viewpoint, SharePoint).
8. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Strongmunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
10. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is advantageous.
11. HNC/HND in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
