Senior Business Analyst – London (Permanent, Full-Time)
£85,000 - £90,000 + bonus & benefits
I’m supporting a leading international law firm in their search for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Business Improvement function. This is a hands-on, process-led role focused on driving large, complex initiatives that improve operational efficiency and elevate internal customer journeys across the firm.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business process expertise, proven experience delivering end-to-end analysis on cross-functional projects, and the ability to work comfortably across people, process and technology change. You’ll take ownership of discovery, documentation, requirements management and stakeholder engagement, while helping shape best-practice business analysis across the team.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and owning analysis work on complex initiatives
• Mapping AS-IS and defining TO-BE processes, capabilities and customer journeys
• Conducting research, root-cause analysis and impact assessments
• Creating business cases and defining measurable benefits
• Managing requirements throughout the full delivery lifecycle
• Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business
• Supporting the development of BA best practice and mentoring junior analysts
What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years of business analysis experience
• Strong process mapping experience
• Background operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma, operating model design or customer journey mapping is beneficial
• Legal or consultancy background is essential
This role is based in London with some occasional European travel.
