Summary Of The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our operations in a senior care environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional care. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring the implementation of care plans, and fostering effective communication within the team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and support for our residents.

* Proven experience in a leadership role within the senior care or healthcare sector is essential.
