Role Summary: You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality body repairs on damaged vehicles, working with a range of materials and using specialist tools and equipment to return vehicles to pre-accident condition. Key Responsibilities: Dismantle and repair vehicles in line with job cards and manufacturer guidelines. Replace damaged panels and undertake chassis and framework repairs where necessary. Operate welding, jigs, and other bodyshop tools safely and to specification. Maintain accurate records of work and communicate effectively with the wider workshop team. Follow all company health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards. Attend training as required to stay up to date with modern repair techniques. Requirements: Previous experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or accident repair centre. Competent in panel repair, panel replacement, and light chassis repairs. Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high repair standards. Team player with good communication skills. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable).
