We are currently seeking an SEO expert to join our growing team and have positions open at an Account Manager and Senior level.
In this role, youll be expected to:
* Own day-to-day communications with clients, suppliers, creative and analytics teams.
* Perform keyword research in coordination with client objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new SEO opportunities.
* Provide content recommendations and execute robust strategies that align with SEO goals, including AI Search.
* Be able to create optimised content in line with strategy and demonstrate strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
* Carry out technical SEO audits and understand how search engines crawl, index and rank content, to identify issues that impact SEO performance.
* Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
* Keep pace with SEO, GEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
* Contribute to the overall SEO, GEO and digital strategy at 8 Million Stories with new ideas and opportunities.
Qualifications, Education & Experience Requirements:
* Proven SEO experience (at least 2 years)
* Preferably degree qualified
* Previous experience working as part of a team whilst being able to work independently
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
* Clear copywriting and proofreading skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
* Strong passion for digital marketing, SEO and GEO
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Familiar with Google Sheets and Data Studio
* Experience with SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog
* GAIQ and GAP qualified preferable but not essential
