What You’ll Do As a Children’s support worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Theyre an adventurous group, taking part in a variety of activities from walking, cycling, and climbing to wild water swimming.

They also love their pamper nights, getting their hair and nails done.

Being around them is a joy; their individuality and zest for life are truly inspiring.

Our Dedicated and Supportive Team Our team is a remarkable group of individuals who come together to provide exceptional support for the young people and each other.

With a wealth of experience, our team members range in age from their early twenties to late fifties, bringing a diverse range of perspectives and skills.
