Main Duties
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to residents, ensuring they receive personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care within their preferences. You will also contribute to care reviews, administer medication safely, lead or participate in social activities and trips, and may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development. You may be called upon to lead the home when more senior managers are not available.

Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
* Please note this is a bank contract.
* Current UK professional registration is required.
* Submission for Disclosure and Barring Service check is required.
Responsibilities (Nights)
* Person‑centred care – ensure residents receive personal care (bathing, dressing, oral care) within their preferences and promote choice and independence.
* Review – contribute to and carry out care reviews with residents to ensure plans reflect their needs.
* Medication – administer residents’ medication safely and in compliance with regulations.
* Social activity – lead and participate in trips out, social engagements, and activities within the home.
* Leadership – support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may lead the home when senior managers are not available.
