Award winning brokerage are seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis

Employed - Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000
Self Employed - Average case size across the team in 2024 was £4097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings for the adviser is £120,000
The role can be home based. However, the candidate will need to commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office based while they complete the firms internal training program.

What you need to have:
* CAS status
* Full CeMap Qualification
* Minimum experience, 2 years as a mortgage broker
* Be use to managing a large mortgage pipeline
* Customer Focused
* Ability to Manage multiple leads a day
* Ability to plan own time/diary efficiently
* Full UK driving licence
