This is a Hybrid role, the Disputes teamwork from our Cardiff City Centre Office 3 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing This is an exciting and challenging position for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and confident individual who is looking to be part of a high-growth financial services business. Reporting to the Disputes manager you will be part of a busy team responsible for the day-to-day management and resolution of all cardholder transaction disputes referred over by the Customer Service Team.
1. Engage with cardholders to advise on card transaction queries
2. Evaluate dispute claims to establish chargeback rights
3. Investigate the information supplied by the cardholder
4. Create Chargeback Disputes for UK and US inline with Visa's timeframes and regulations
5. Keep up to date with the Visa Core Rules & Visa Product Services Rules
We're Looking For
6. At least 1+ year working within financial services
7. You should have first-classmunication skills, both verbal and written
8. Self-motivated, able to operate independently.
9. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for issues with a high attention to detail
10. An excellent work ethic with a real desire to drive improvement

Interview Process
First stage: 30-minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call)
Second stage: 45-minute skills and experience assessment with Disputes TL and Manager, then 15 minutes meet the team to assess team fit (In person)
