A bit about the job:
This role sits within Aviva’s in-house creative team, the Creative Hub. You’ll be responsible for generating ideas for advertising and video content, shaping scripts and storyboards, and helping bring those ideas to life through production and post. It’s a hybrid role — part idea generator, part creative producer — ensuring what you dream up on paper makes it all the way to screen. You’ll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced team that’s passionate about creating engaging, high-quality content that connects with our audiences.
Responsibilities
* Generate ideas for advertising and video content; shape scripts and storyboards.
* Contribute to production and post-production to bring concepts to screen.
* Collaborate with directors, editors, designers and other specialists at every stage of the process.
* Hybrid role duties: ideation and creative production.
Skills and experience
* Strong creative concepting and copywriting skills, with examples of paid video advertising campaigns.
* A portfolio showing fresh creative thinking in video.
* Good understanding of the production and post-production process.
* Ability to collaborate with specialists and contribute across every stage of the process.
* Ability to self-shoot and edit simpler types of short-form video is beneficial but not required.
