We're an in house construction team based in Surbiton, Surrey. All of our work is local to the KT postcode and this role would best suit someone who lives locally.
We currently have various positions available as part of our general building team, these include time served, skilled builders, skilled labourers & apprentices.
This position is for a an experienced general builder.
Any applicant must have experience in the following;
* Reading and understanding architects & engineers plans
* Foundations- setting out, excavation & pouring
* Setting out to DPC ready for bricklayers
* Drainage (underground & soakaways)
* Structural works (steel & lintel installations)
* First fix carpentry (stud walls & flat roofs)
* General building (insulation, plaster boarding & preparation for plastering)
* Paving & Landscaping

Pay: £150.00-£180.00 per day
