What we look for in a Sales & Events Manager:

* Develop and execute a pre-booked sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Ensure smooth organisation and execution of events, surpassing customer expectations.
* Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and communication via email and phone.
* Maximise pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales activities.
* Manage the Collins booking system.
* Oversee and manage all social media platforms to enhance event promotion.
* Collaborate with venue and central teams to maintain consistency in event delivery.
* Actively engage with the local market, including potential clients and competitors.
* Create and support the delivery of bespoke events throughout the year.
