We are recruiting for a reliable and well organised Administrative Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the production teams within our pig supply business.
The role involves purchasing supplies, Updating a creating farm contracts, organising and supporting meetings, processing data and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Procure supplies for both centres, including laboratory materials, PPE, packaging, and cleaning products
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Draft and prepare contracts
• Manage new farm, closing farm, and amendment forms
• Perform weekly data downloads for production results
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and stock records
