Ackerman Pierce is currently supporting a leading local authority who are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker – Children’s and Young Persons disabilities Team based in Sutton (Hybrid). This vacancy will be on a permanent basis paying £42,060 - £50,085 P/Annum.
Responsibilities
* Strong ability to communicate with disabled children
* Supporting parents, carers and the siblings of disabled children
* Carry out relevant assessments
* Carrying our complex safeguarding risk assessments
* Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment
* Short Breaks work
Minimum Requirements
* SWE Registration
* 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
* Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
