About The Role: Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00-0900 and then Janitor duties - 10:00-14:00pm. Sunday's 6:00- 09:00am (Cleaning Supervisor Duties) At OCS, we have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Cleaning Supervisor/Janitor to join our team at Warwick Castle. Within this role, 18 hours per week you will be preforming as a Cleaning Supervisor and key responsibilities are below: Rota management including covering dropped shifts Supervision on the cleaning team. HR support including sickness management, management of team performance, investigations and payroll Ensuring compliance folders are up to date (RAMS, COSHH etc) Hands on cleaning support on all the areas of Warwick Castle. For the remaining 20 hours per week, the successful candidate will perform Janitor duties which will include the below: Tidying up communal areas, shower areas washrooms, stairwells, reception, and external areas through the day as required Replenishing all consumables in washrooms Empty and clean bins and remove waste to your designated area Spots clean any spillages. Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required. Monitoring and ordering stock Report any defects seen which are likely to affect security i.e., broken/cracked window, etc. to the Site supervisor /Manager and receptionist.
