About the Role:
Chase Taylor is representing a well-established window and door company in Braintree. We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee new projects. This is a hands-on management role where you will lead an installation team, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise installation teams on new projects
* Plan and schedule installations efficiently
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and health & safety regulations
* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions promptly
Requirements:
* Proven experience in window/door installations or construction project management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Full UK driving license
