The Infrastructure Vendor Management Office (iVMO) manages the divisional contract and Vendor legal governance and contributes to the required group wide transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.
The Business Partner sub-function works with the business function to maintain a full understanding of business priorities and requirements to lead to the best sourcing outcomes across the Bank. As a iVMO Vendor Management Specialist, you will act as a support function to the Vendor Management Lead with the creation of MI, data extraction and reporting to drive better decision making. You will be responsible for ensuring business function adherence to bank wide policies and processes.

Your key responsibilities
7. Supporting the Vendor Management Lead, determine and execute the Information Technology (IT) Domains Vendor & segmentation strategy
8. Partnering with the other iVMO functions and provide business context to support vendor engagements
9. Support Procurement function to ensure the Vendor selection process is aligned with the Business strategy
10. Builds, maintains and leverages strong network and partnerships within the IT Domain and within iVMO
11. Work proactively with the Business to ensure process adherence
12. Managing all Sourcing transactions incl. tracking and reporting
Your skills and experience
13. Relationship building and interpersonal skills across different functions within the end to end sourcing process (ie. vendors, Third Party Risk Management, Procurement)
14. Knowledge of Procurement function and processes
15. Data extraction, analytics & reporting to identify improvement areas and opportunities (eg. Spend, location)
16. Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools and systems
17. Domain and business process management knowledge
18. Fully conversant with Vendor Service Delivery metrics
