To be considered for this role, you will live within a commutable distance to our Manchester City Centre office.
What will you be doing?
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for BES Infrastructure, you will be responsible for day-to-day commercial activities for assigned contracts and contract administration. Your responsibilities include:
1. Working alongside the Commercial teams to administer various contracts for existing rail and non-rail clients
2. Providing accurate commercial forecasts and tracking performance indicators against contract requirements
3. Engaging with Operational Teams to review and optimise cost management processes
4. Preparing applications for payments, forecasting, and other contractual administrative duties
5. Raising sales invoices and expediting cash receipts
6. Ensuring a robust process is followed to enhance cost control across projects

Requirements
* Completed a degree with a BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management - grade 2:2 or above
