We are now recruiting for an experienced Gateman to join our Building South division on a rolling fixed term contract as we deliver Northern Ireland's first Passivhaus Capital project in Enniskillen. As a Gateman, you will carry out instructions as directed by the Site Management Team, assisting with delivery of the project to the agreed quality, timescales and safety requirements.
On occasion this role will require some flexible working hours and arrangements.
Undertake general housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of site cleanness within the site compound and Site Entrance, including litter pick around the area.
• Collect materials from suppliers (driving licence / experience required to drive)
• Ensure parking areas are maintained so not to affect public perception of the project.
• Undertake all duties as required in a reliable, flexible constructive manner. Full UK Driving Licence.
• Vehicle Marshalling training/ banksman training.
Commercial awareness: relevant to the position applied for and understanding of why commercial awareness and business acumen are related and how these combine to meet customer needs and GRAHAM business requirements.
Able to adapt communication to audience and create detailed written documents and reports under supervision. Presents a professional image and promotes the Brand.
Takes time to question and understand why customer needs are important and wants to forge ongoing sustainable links with customers to act in theirs and the businesses long term interest.
