5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
6. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
8. Confidence in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
9. An ability to bring creativity and energy to your teaching
